How to cancel Amazon Prime

  1. Open Amazon's Cancel Your Prime Membership page and sign in.
  2. Follow the prompts to end your membership.
  3. If you need help, Amazon's Customer Service page has a Something else option.

Good to know

  • Amazon says paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for a full refund of the current membership period, processed in three to five business days.
  • If you signed up through Google Play on Android, cancel through Google's subscription settings.
  • If your Prime comes with another company's service, contact that company to cancel.
