How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
- Sign in to your Adobe account.
- In Plans and payment, select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel your plan.
- Check your plan details, then select Continue to cancel.
- Choose a reason for cancelling, then select Continue.
- Review the details, then select Confirm cancellation.
- Look for Adobe's confirmation email, or check your account page.
Good to know
- If you bought the plan through Apple, Google or Microsoft, cancel it with them instead.
- If you have more than one plan, each plan must be cancelled separately.
- You can't cancel while a payment is being processed or has a problem. Adobe says to wait 24 hours and try again.
- Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Adobe says that for most plans you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase. A refund otherwise depends on when you cancel and the type of plan.

Before you cancel
We haven't confirmed a current offer or pause option on Adobe's own help pages, so we don't list one. Some people are offered a deal when they cancel, but it's never guaranteed. It's fine to ask before you confirm.
What to say
Ask what's available before you cancel
Hi, I'd like to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Before I do, is there anything available on my account, such as a lower price, a pause or a cheaper plan? If not, please go ahead and cancel it.
Cancel cleanly
I'd like to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription today, with no other changes. Please confirm the date it ends, whether there is any final charge, and send me confirmation by email.
